CHICO RICE COACHING STAFF
GREG BICKNELL
HEAD COACH
1st Year
Coach Bicknell is beginning his first season as the head coach of the Chico Rice. He has a tremendous amount of playing experience at many levels of baseball. After attending Fresno City College he was drafted in the 39th round by the Toronto Blue Jays. He also spent time in the Seattle Mariners organization. He spent time playing in the California League, Texas-Louisiana League, and the Western League with the Chico Heat. He also pitched in Taiwan an dChina, before ending his career with a stint with the Chico Outlaws. |
BRYAN DELOREY
Assistant Coach
1st Year
Coach Delorey is beginning his firsy spring season with the Chico Rice. He played in Chico American Legion Baseball and Chico High School before moving on to play at Bute College. He has is past Mr American legion Baseball award winner. |
RUSS GRAY
2nd Season
Assistant Coach
Coach Gray is beginning his second season as a coach with the Chico Rice. He has spent time as an assistant coach with the Chico Suns Red, and as the head coach of Rice fall team in 2009. He played for the Chico Nuts for two years before moving on to play at Feather River College. |
DENNY TODHUNTER
General Manager
Denny Todhunter is beginning his ninth season as the General Manager for the Chico Rice. Denny is also an assistant coach at Chico High School. |
